Data displayed on this website (including, but not limited to product information, photos, pricing) are subject to change without notice.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Solo and Maestro. Pre-pay cheque and BACS facility is available, however please allow seven working days for uncleared funds to be processed.

Overseas customers
Those without a valid credit or debit card are required to make payment via wire transfer only; please note, no goods or services will be delivered until payment is cleared. Please contact our sales department by phone or email for our bank information.

Orders placed will be dispatched within 48 hours subject to availablity, cleared funds and recipient of a valid address.  Orders shipped to the UK mainland or the British Isles will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Customers wishing to have consignment sent to mainland Europe and the rest of the world will have the package shipped via UPS or FedEx and will carry a charge subject to weight and or size.

We will not accept orders for shipment to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

To reduce the risk of fraudulent activity, we are only able to ship to the credit card billing address and cannot accept any change of address by telephone or by fax.

If you require your shipment to be sent to a different address, please call your issuing bank and instruct them to authorise a change of address.  This may incur additional administrative charges.

Please Note: Refusal of shipments will incur additional return shipping charges and will be deducted from any refund due.

Return Policy
Defective merchandise must be returned directly to the place of purchase or to one of our worldwide approved centres within 14 days of receipt for replacement and or repair at our discretion (an identical model or replacement). All returns must have a vaild receipt.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions only:

  • Please call our help desk to obtain a Returns Manufacturer Authorisation (RMA) form before returning. (We will not process any return under the terms of this agreement without prior authorization.)
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories as supplied by PsiXpda after completing your online warranty card.
  • The unit must be packed in the outer box. Do not put shipping labels on original box. Shipment to your approved service provider is at your expense. Returns for refund are subject to 20% handling fee.
    We will also need the following information to authenticate your return:

Limitations of Liability
No liability is assumed by PsiXpda for any damage and/or injury resulting from the use of any equipment supplied. In no event will PsiXpda be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from the loss of use, profits or data arising out of or  in connection with the use or performance of products purchased from PsiXpda. It is the responsiblity user to back up and keep a back up of their data

PsiXpda makes no warranties with respect to the equipment or software. All warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose, except as may be offered by the manufacturer, are specifically excluded.
